Hello!
Jury Armitage is a small (yet friendly) design studio based in Subiaco, Western Australia, combining freelance work for other designers with work for clients, primarily on identity, packaging and publication projects.
Working freelance helps maintain a fresh approach and opportunity to learn new techniques and processes. The flexibility of working freelance allows time to keep involved in, and inspired by, the community we live in.
We also service our own client list, essentially offering them the equivalent of an in-house designer.
Effective communication and design are our passions - please contact us if you think we could collaborate creatively.
*** We're in the midst of adding to the website so if you can't find what you're chasing please contact us and we can discuss your requirements and queries in person.

ISTD Assessment, Melbourne
Lauren recently visited Melbourne to assist Becky Chilcott (of Chil3) - and other fantastic design professionals and educators - as they assessed the very first Australiasian submission of ISTD projects. Want to know more about the ISTD, or International Society of Typographic Designers? Yes please.
Green Monkeys in Trees!
Jury Armitage has recently helped the good people at Monkey Tree Green with their brand new identity. The variation above is one of three logos, designed to allow flexible application of their identity in different situations. In collaboration with OM4, a shiny new website (coming soon) was also designed and built. Michelle and Arty were wrapped with the final collection of graphics, with Michelle exclaiming, "it's exactly what I had in my head but I wasn't sure I could explain our idea well enough." Yay for listening!
Got something you think we should know about?
Do you have lovely new range of paper for us to try? A new pub in town to check out? A review of the latest and greatest gadget that might help us design stuff? Does it beat a pencil? Probably not, but let us know anyway, and we'll tell the world!
Do you have something that needs doing?
Maybe it's design of the graphics variety. Maybe you need some project management or print production looked after. Perhaps someone to fill-in for one of your designers (who is currently away for two weeks on a fantastic holiday). Got too much work on your plate and need a hand? Maybe you're chasing a face painter and heard we were a dab hand with a sponge?! Let us have it - no job too big, no job too small. It needs only be interesting!
